For our individually ordered macaron assortment, the minimum order quantity is 12. This is due to the quality of the packaging and the need for refrigeration.

Cooling

We ship the macarons with Special Care Packs, which include a cooling pack. You can freeze this cool pack yourself and reuse it whenever you like.

The macarons can be kept in the refrigerator for 5 days after receipt.

Order on time

Do you need macarons for an event or birthday? Have them delivered a day or two early. They'll keep for up to five days in the refrigerator without losing quality. This way, you won't make the delivery too stressful.

Lactose-free macarons and/or gluten-free macarons.

Delivery time

Orders placed before 12:00 noon on a weekday will be delivered the next day. Except for custom orders such as macarons with a logo (2 to 3 days). If you need your order sooner, please call us to discuss options: 0182-761233.

No products are shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. For weekend orders, the first delivery day is Tuesday.

We deliver from Monday to Saturday.

Niet van kunnen genieten

Ik heb op een donderdag tussen 11 en 12 uur 's ochtends de macarons besteld, er staat op de website dat ze de volgende dag geleverd zouden worden als er voor 15.00 werd besteld. Ik heb rekening gehouden met de feestdagen (dit was 2 weken daarvoor ongeveer) en hoopte dat de macarons uiterlijk zaterdag geleverd zouden worden. Dat gebeurde niet. Ik kreeg de macarons pas aangeleverd op maandag avond, maar ik weet niet of dit aan de macaron-store of PostNL ligt..
De macarons waren echt niet (meer?) lekker. Van het hele koekje was alleen het knapperige randje nog aanwezig, de rest was allemaal weg "gesmolten" door de vulling denk ik. Dit zal hoogst waarschijnlijk door de lange levertijd komen. Ze waren amper te eten... Om zeker te weten dat het niet aan mij lag heb ik familie leden (die fan zijn van macarons!) het laten proeven die een er een naar gezicht van trokken. Niet lekker dus. De smaak op zichzelf was niet echt wat mis mee, maar er was helaas gewoon niet van te genieten omdat je eigenlijk op een bonk koude botercreme zat te kauwen met hier en daar een stukje van het koekje. Het waren simpel weg niet macarons zoals ze hadden moeten zijn. Ik heb er 14 besteld en maar liefst 9 daarvan weggegooid en dat voor 22 euro.
Mijn ervaring was dus niet positief, al neem ik aan dat dit een onwaarschijnlijke gebeurtenis is die niet vaak voor komt.
