The minimum order quantity for our range of macarons that can be ordered separately is 12 pieces. This is due to the quality of packaging and the inclusion of cooling.

Cooling

We send the macarons with Postnl. The package includes a cooling element. You can freeze this cool pack yourself and use it again if you want.

The macarons can be kept in the refrigerator for 5 days after receipt.

Order on time

Do you need macarons for an event or birthday? Have them delivered a day earlier. They can be kept in the refrigerator for another 5 days without loss of quality. This way you don't make the delivery too exciting.

Delivery time

Ordered before 12:00 on a weekday, we deliver the next day. With the exception of custom work such as Macarons with logo (2 to 3 days). If you need it faster, please call us for the options: 0182-761233.

No products are shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If you order during the weekend, the first delivery day is on Tuesday.

Monday delivery is only possible for business addresses. Postnl will always offer shipments on Saturdays first.

We ship what is possible with Postnl. We ship large, vulnerable shipments with Packs Special Care.

Bedrijf een 10, macarons alleen niet zo best.

Helaas kan ik een niet al te beste review schrijven. Het bedrijf heeft wel keurig gehandeld en is zeer vriendelijk, dikke tien daarvoor, maar de macarons zijn niet van opperbeste kwaliteit. Niet zoals het hoort te zijn.
Ik heb mijn geld dan ook terug ontvangen, keurig. Maar jammer dat de macarons niet naar behoren waren. Dus voor het bedrijf een 10, voor de macarons een 3... kom je op een gemiddelde uit van 'Oke...'

Mijn bestelling werd niet geleverd op het de dag van afspraak, na bellen bleek dat de bestelling inderdaad goed geplaatst was maar bezorging niet was ingepland. Geen excuses, niets. Wel was ik blij dat er een oplossing werd geboden om de volgende dag te leveren, gelukkig was ik op nog tijd en was dat dus een welkome optie.

Bij het openen van het pakket, wederom, geen excuses, goedmaker, niets. Hoewel ik blij was dat ik de macarons eindelijk had, was de oplossing matig. Als je iets feestelijks besteld voor een gelegenheid is op tijd levering cruciaal.

Het pakket was goed gekoeld, maar MIJN HEMEL wat een hoeveelheid verpakkingsmateriaal, echt genant. Daarnaast was de smaak van de macarons matig. Een tweede bestelling zit er momenteel niet in, heel jammer.
